Expansion of Front Panel Manufacturing Capabilities

Randolph, MA ETI — The Front Panel Source, ETI capabilities support both the XTECH and Triple E front panel and enclosure requirements. The addition this year of powder coating, silkscreening, and additional machining capacity provides ETI with a world class, vertically integrated front panel and enclosure manufacturing facility.
ETI continues to expand our front panel manufacturing capabilities – adding new powder coat and silkscreening capabilities. These competencies bolster our vertically integrated manufacturing footprint – enabling us to provide customers with competitive prices. These new finishing abilities allow powder coating and silkscreening to be done completely within the Randolph factory. This capability will decrease lead times and allow for faster expedites since ETI will no longer have to fight for time on vendors’ schedules. .
This past fall, ETI expanded its CNC machining capacity by almost 20%. CNC machines, with pallet changers, have become more common on the factory floor in the past few years. Director of Operations, Mark Cosenza, cites the improved efficiencies in both machining time and labor utilization of pallet changer CNC machines as the prime benefits of these new machines. This increased capacity allows ETI to handle more orders in a timely manner.
Both of these expansions will ultimately benefit the customer. At a time when everyone needs to keep a tight rein on their budgets, ETI will have the better ability to work with customers to find a solution that is in budget and under deadline.
