Products

Front Panel Systems
XTech designs custom front panels for electronic system chassis. The front panels hold PC boards, provide ESD (electro-static discharge) protection and EMI/RFI (electromagnetic and radio frequency interference) shielding. XTech also offers custom ejection systems, as well as design suggestions to reduce emissions. The look of the chassis is also important, and XTech offers a variety of design options.

Enclosures
XTech's standard and custom aluminum enclosures provide a rugged housing and excellent shielding material against emissions. The company's custom shop will extrude, machine, punch, chromate, and paint enclosures with customized front and rear panels. XTech will also install pc boards, connectors and components in the enclosure.

Services and Capabilities
XTech will design, machine extrude, fabricate, finish, assemble and stock front panels to meet JIT needs. The firm stocks the hardware, shielding, labels, wire management and more to insure product gets to the customer or to the selected Contract Manufacturer when needed.

Patents, Proprietary Designs and Certifications
The company holds two patents for the design of its Tech-Box and Key-Box products. It has also created proprietary designs for inline equipment, customized standoff fasteners and customized guide pins. The firm is ISO 9002 registered, and is listed by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. for its fire control products.
