New Sales/Marketing Director Named by XTech

Randolph, MA - Extrusion Technology, Inc., has appointed Rick Winter as director of sales and marketing.

Mr. Winter comes to Extrusion Technology with 16 years of experience in global sales, marketing, distribution and new product development with Polaroid Corporation and Wisconsin Tissue. While at Polaroid, Winter directed North American sales for the firm's $200 million digital sales division. He also created a sales, marketing and distribution program for Polaroid in Russia, growing the business from $20 million to $200 million in four years. He speaks conversational Russian, and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
