"Life of Project and Beyond" Support

The goal of XTech is to provide world-class customer support. At the heart of the program is an XTech Program Manager, who provides "life of project and beyond" support including total responsibility from design engineering support through production planning. Our specifications, order entry and expediting are directed by the Program Managers. Even prototype and pre-production efforts are supported by a special team of customer service reps to ensure quick response.

During initial design reviews, we offer drawings, sketches, samples and a solid knowledge of design for manufacturing. We offer full capability with our CAD system to import .igs and .dxf files using AutoCAD Inventor, PRO-E and SolidWorks capability to accommodate higher-level systems.
