Sandy brings more than 20 years experience managing quality systems in the high-tech and telecom industry. At XTech she manages the quality function, which includes: ensuring that ISO 9000:2000 certification is maintained, developing and monitoring all quality control and quality assurance criteria, systems and procedures, developing and analyzing statistical data for continuous improvement, ensuring that XTech quality standards are met, and overseeing all corrective action programs. She holds a BS in Business Management from Bryant College.
